How Herbalife Works -

The Herbalife Weight Loss plan consists of 3 main products (shown opposite / top).

The products are a powdered formula of the exact balance of nutrients, vitamins and minerals required by your body for optimum daily health but without the excess calories.

In this way your body gets working at its maximum level of efficiency and metabolic rate to burn fat quickly whilst supporting and maintaining healthy tissues. We want you to lose just the fat, not the lean tissue (ie. your muscles and organs).

The formula is used in two meals a day and made up as you prefer for your individual tastes. The third meal of the day is a meal of your own choice and there is also a calorie allowance for snacking between meals. The only thing Herbalife obviously cannot provide is the body's requirement for fresh fruit and vegetables which you must eat separately.

Once you begin the programme you will have a designated Herbalife support person who will monitor your progress weekly over the phone or email; and be accessible to answer questions or support you as required.

It is as much a good health program as it is a weight loss program.
