Kool Gas™ is a novel injection-Moulding process that is WMT’s flagship product comprising of an injection-Moulding ‘add-on’ product and the know-how for technology transfer. Employing this process can significantly reduce process-cycle times when compared to conventional gas-assisted injection Moulding (GAIM).

GIPT (Granular Injection Paint Technology)

Granular Injected Paint Technology (GIPT) is WMT's knowledge-based process for producing sandwich injection-moulded parts with a polymer core fully enclosed in a thin layer of polymer paint. The process has been developed for easy modification of existing Dual injection Moulding machinery. This solution provides an environmentally friendly alternative to offline painting of plastics through elimination of VOC's and generation of a recyclable material.
